As General Manager of digital transformation at the FFA Jo is leading the team responsible for rolling out a new product and technology architecture for football. FFA relaunched the fan and corporate network of 21 websites in September, with attention now turning to participant websites, native applications, customer identity and data management.

Prior to joining the FFA Jo led the design and development program for the AFL (, NRL ( and BigPond Sport websites. This followed 5 years at Reuters working in news and finance digital publishing.
