Alistair Dobson

Over 18 years’ experience in the Australian Football industry spanning AFL Club, State body and national roles which have included a broad range of responsibilities at various times across marketing, brand, strategy, fan development, community and participation.
Currently AFL Head of Programs and Marketing Development, with responsibility for the AFL participation pathway and related participation programs including NAB AFL Auskick, Junior Club football, school participation and social formats (eg AFL9s) along with key engagement programs such as the AFL player appearances and ambassadors, AFL Community Camps and various education and curriculum initiatives

Also responsible for overall growth in engagement and consumption of the code within the kids and youth segment with primary focus on participation, education, media / content, attendance and other commercial outcomes.
