As Head of Community and Pacific Partnerships at the Australian Rugby Union, Adam has a broad remit and manages ARU’s community partnerships, diversity and inclusion programs, and ARU’s international development programs in the Pacific. As part of his role, Adam is responsible for driving the ARU’s gender equality, Indigenous, Disability, and LGBTI policies and initiatives. He also manages the Pacific In Union program, a grassroots Rugby offering that has 70,000 participants per year across Samoa, Fiji and the Solomon Islands.

Prior to his current role, he was the ARU’s government relations manager and spent over five years in the federal government as well as time in Cambodia advising on a range of international development programs.
